O.T. Genasis “All I Wear For Cripmas” Hilariously Remixes Mariah Carey’s Christmas Jingle

Earlier today, we mentioned how quite a fair amount of rappers were putting their unique spin on Christmas music. This is not a new trend amongst the hip-hop community, as countless artists have done something to celebrate the most joyous holiday of the year. For 2023 though, there have been some questionable attempts. One of those was RXKNephew’s “HAPPY HOLIDAYS.” That was a spin on Mariah Carey’s classic jam which is beloved and hated by many. Coincidentally, O.T. Genasis must have seen him do this.

The Georgia rapper and the New York native must be competing for who can make a worse rendition of the pop star’s magnum opus. RXKN’s was more cold-blooded and serious. It was hard to tell whether or not he was taking it seriously. O.T. Genasis’s efforts are clear as he hilariously sings along with the same melody.

Listen To “All I Wear For Cripmas” By O.T. Genasis

According to HipHopDX, this is a parody, which makes O.T.’s version more acceptable. It is called “All I Wear For Cripmas,” as the song represents his commitment to the blue apparel-wearing gang. Some of the gut-busting lyrics include gems like this. “I don’t want a lot for Cripmas / I just want to bang the C / I don’t care about no presents / I’m just going to smoke my trees / I’m just thuggin’ on my own / Come to the set and get put on / By me and my crew / All I wear for Cripmas is blue.”

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new song, “All I Wear For Cripmas,” by O.T. Genasis? While this is a parody, is this one of the worst songs you have ever heard? Do you like when artists drop funny tracks like this, why or why not? Is this a sign that rappers need to stop making holiday songs? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. O.T. Genasis Gets A $150K Bottle Of Champagne

OT Genasis has never been one to not spend big money on high-ticket items. From dope cars, big chains, and now big champagne. The man loves spending money. Meanwhile, over the weekend the “Coco” rapper had quite the time enjoying himself in Vegas. In lieu of the Gervonta Davis v. Ryan Garcia fight, OT was performing ahead of the fight. While OT Genasis was taking care of business Saturday, his antics Monday, April 24th, caused him to make headlines.

Afterward, at a day party, the California rapper was presented with a massive 15-liter bottle of Ace of Spades. The bottle was roughly the size of a child. Thanks to @snow_dope, the woman captured the moment and documented the whole ordeal. She got a video of a TAO employee presenting OT Genasis with the huge bottle of champagne to his table. OT is no stranger to high-priced champagnes, Ace of Spades has made many appearances in the “Cut It” rappers music videos. She captioned the video saying, ” I told this man I know TF didn’t $150,000 bottle.”

OT Genasis Receives $150K Bottle Of Ace Of Spades

Moreover, in the video she says, “This is so big,” while OT Genasis starts to laugh himself. “Why’d you…?” she begins to ask. OT swiftly replied, “I didn’t buy it!” Nevertheless, whether the rapper was gifted the pricey bubbly or bought it remains to be seen. Not only that, the price tag on that 15-liter bottle of Ace of Spades is the amount that some would put down on a home. However, a bottle that size of 2011 of Armand de Brignac, the official brand name of Ace of Spades, was appraised at $90,000 via FinancesOnline.

Additionally, it’s possible OT Genasis got the bottle for the low. It could’ve easily been a gift just as easily as he could’ve bought the extravagant champagne. If you’re going to have an unnecessary amount of alcohol, you may as well do it big like OT Genasis. How many times are you going to be able to say you were in the presence of a 15-liter bottle of Ace of Spades? Probably zero times (unless you got it like that) however, let us know what you think about all of this. Would you buy a $150,000 bottle of champagne? Is it worth it? Let the HNHH crew know in the comments below!

DJ Holiday Taps Wiz Khalifa, O.T. Genasis For Single “No Stress”

DJ Holiday has returned with a new single, “No Stress,” featuring Wiz Khalifa and O.T. Genasis. In recent years, Holiday has had his hands on an impressive string of hits. In 2014, he released “Miley”, featuring Waka Flocka and Wiz. Then, in 2017, he teamed up with 2 Chainz for “Wassup Wid It.” He followed that up in 2018 with the track, “2 Seater,” which featured Quavo and 21 Savage. Now, Holiday is back with another banger just in time for summer.

“No Stress” is produced by YS On The Track. In a press release, DJ Holiday spoke about the New Jersey-based producer’s work. “I listened to that beat for weeks, but didn’t know what to do with it!” he revealed. “The flute on it had me mesmerized, just didn’t know who to give it to.” As Holiday himself says, YS On The Track employs an infectious flute melody in the background of the instrumental. Furthermore, the descending earworm from the wind instrument is flanked by all of the production one would expect from a modern rap track. 808s boom and hi-hat triplets blaze over the top of the melody, providing a hard-hitting background for Wiz and Genasis to flow over.

Holiday, Khalifa, and Genesis Are Just Enjoying Life

“No Stress” is a banger about not sweating the small stuff and enjoying life. The song starts with some pretty intense coughing by someone who clearly just took a pretty big hit. That sound sets the mood for the track, which can only be described as “unbothered.” As such, both Wiz and Genasis rap about not letting anything get to them as long as they’re getting their bag. “Holiday told me to turn up / it’s no clip for the burner / these n**gas want me mad / run and just got me a bag,” Genasis raps over the undulating beat. When Wiz comes in, his verse echoes the same sentiment: “I don’t stress / I got a check / I’m so blessed / I gotta flex.”

In the press release, DJ Holiday also spoke about how he decided who to put on the song. “O.T. has always been one of my favorites, and I always told him we was gon’ get one in every time he came to Atlanta,” Holiday said. “So I sent him the beat, he destroyed the hook and I thought it was instant heat… Only thing missing was my Pittsburgh big dog, Wiz Khalifa!” What do you think of the new track? Sound off in the comments below!

DJ Holiday is here to tell you that you don’t need “No Stress,” reminding folks all around the world to live their life to the fullest without any worries. With life, there are always ups and downs and highs and lows — and we can appreciate any music that promotes positivity and upliftment.

Today, the Atlanta native returns to unleash his newest single titled “No Stress,” enlisting two of the rap game’s favorite artists, Wiz Khalifa and O.T. Genasis. All three artists joined forces to shoot the official music today in Los Angeles, and the energy on set was unmatched. Nothing but laughter filled the studio.

The hook sees Wiz singing, “I don’t stress, I got a check” repeatedly, as O.T. delivers a high-energy, braggadocious verse and Wiz follows suit.

Holiday speaks on the all-star collab, “O.T. has always been one of my favorites and I always told him we was gon’ get one in every time he came to Atlanta. So I sent him the beat, he destroyed the hook and I thought it was instant heat. It was definitely giving me a ‘Push It’ and “Cut It’ vibes.” Only thing missing was my Pittsburgh  big dog, Wiz Khalifa!! His fanbase is next level and they always showed me love from ‘Cabin Fever 2’ days so I thought it was only right knowing how big this record could possibly be to put him on it! ‘No Stress’ was born from there.”

DJ Holiday has worked with all the greats, and his tagline “Holiday Season!” ensues instant nostalgia. He currently hosts an afternoon slot for the Atlanta radio station Streetz 94.5 during the weekdays.

The word “Wiscansin” originates from T-Pain’s verse on the 2008 classic “Can’t Believe It” featuring Lil Wayne from his gold-selling third album, Three Ringz (Jive). T-Pain changed the pronunciation of the state, Wisconsin, to “Wiscansin” to make a rhyme with “mansion. The success of “Can’t Believe It” spawned a remix with Justin Timberlake. In 2018, T-Pain launched a collegiate-themed apparel line, Wiscansin University, inspired by the word.
