Katt Williams is back with another stand-up special months after an incredible Club Shay Shay interview. The comedian caused an uproar in multiple industries with his performance in Shannon Sharpe’s interview series. KAtt Williams called out everyone he had beef with and shared his insights into various personal and otherwise issues. Williams took shots at Cedric The Entertainer, Steve Harvey, and many more, airing out the entertainment industry. The interview took social media by storm, and the repercussions are still being discussed to this day.

Many of the individuals Katt Williams called out have responded. Ludacris recently refuted Katt’s claims against him. Williams also clarified rumors about himself. Kevin Hart, one of the big names Williams took shots at, is still responding to the Club Shay Shay interview. For example, he shot down the rumor that he helped out the Migos amid financial struggles. Now, four months after the interview that shook social media, Katt is back with a brand new stand-up special on Netflix.

Katt Williams Takes Us Backstage In Netflix Special Trailer

The special, Woke Foke, is directed by Troy Miller, with whom Katt Williams has previously collaborated. This is Williams’s third stand-up special with Netflix and is the follow-up to World War III, which premiered last year on the streamer. The special was filmed as part of Netflix’s comedy event, Netflix Is A Joke Comedy Fest. It will be screened at the festival at the YouTube theater in Inglewood, California.

Katt Williams went straight back to work after rocking the world in his incredible interview. The comedian has been touring on the road for months. Clearly, Williams had this special in mind, and fans will get to see what he has been working on. Nas Unveils “Illmatic” 30th Anniversary European & UK Tour Dates

Nas’ iconic debut studio album Illmatic turns 30 years old today, and to celebrate, he’s announced a series of tour dates in the UK and Europe. The hitmaker shared the exciting news in an Instagram post alongside a colorful tour poster inspired by the 1994 LP. “I’m bringing my Illmatic 30-year anniversary tour to UK and EU starting October,” he captioned the post. Tickets are set to go on sale on April 25, 2024, at 10 a.m. local time.

The New York-born performer will kick things off with a show in Helsinki, Finland towards the end of October. He’ll then move on to cities like Stockholm, Milan, Amsterdam, Paris, and more. He’s currently scheduled to close out the tour on November 15 with a performance in London.

Nas To Bring Illmatic Overseas In October

Of course, Nas’ European and UK-based fans can’t wait to catch him live and are sounding off online. His fans located elsewhere, on the other hand, are feeling a bit left out. Luckily, he does have a few performances scheduled in the U.S. before embarking on the tour. He’s scheduled to take on Vegas’ Lovers & Friends festival next month before gracing the stage at The Roots Picnic in June. Nas is also slated to perform in Albany, NY, and Morrison, CO before heading to Europe.

While Nas’ upcoming tour of Europe and the UK is certainly exciting, it’s far from the only thing leaving his listeners impressed as of late. Early this morning, he teamed up with DJ Premier to drop a brand new track called “Define My Name,” following almost a week of teasing. Drake Continues Trolling Kendrick Lamar With Diss Track Announcement

Over the weekend, Drake’s new diss track hit the internet. On the song “Push Ups,” he took shots at numerous superstars who have criticized him in recent weeks. That mainly focused on Kendrick Lamar, Metro Boomin, and Rick Ross but is also rumored to include Future and The Weeknd. Fans got to hear the song and break down all of it’s lyrics for almost a week before it was officially released. Earlier today, the song finally hit streaming services.

Drake took to his Instagram story where he announced the songs release on Spotify and Apple Music. Unsurprisingly, he used the announcement as yet another opportunity to take a shot at Kendrick Lamar. “All platforms like the shoes you need… let’s get it bro.” the caption of his announcement reads. The song’s artwork also hilarious features the mark of a size seven shoe. Both the caption and art are references to a lyric in the song where he takes shots at Kendrick for his height and shoe size. Mark Martin has proclaimed himself a big fan of Gucci Mane. On a podcast appearance, the retired NASCAR driver spoke about the current state of race car driving. He commented on his legacy in NASCAR and talked about his musical taste. Surprisingly, Martin revealed he is a massive Gucci Mane fan, and the internet is loving it. One of the greatest NASCAR drivers of all time is a Guwop-stan. Martin, who is 65, is a real one, and he believes Gucci is on another level than everybody else.

Martin is regarded as a legend in NASCAR. He raced for over three decades and was known for his consistency and numerous victories. He is also a respected entrepreneur with a portfolio that has amassed him quite a fortune. How did Martin get into the Atlanta rap legend so heavily that he thinks he’s the GOAT? Martin was a guest on the Rubbing is Racing podcast, where he discussed his career, among other things. The retired NASCAR great got to talking about his musical tastes and professed his love of Gucci Mane’s music. “I’ma tell you right now, in my opinion, there is no one in the same zip code as Gucci Mane,” said Martin. He continued, “If I rapped, I would never do a duo with him. Every time he does one with anybody, he just crushes them. I mean, this guy is unbelievable.” He explained that he prefers the old Gucci to the new Gucci, saying he liked it when he was “fat and scary.”

Martin explained his rap evolution, saying it started with Dr. Dre in the early 2000s. Then, from Dre, he shifted to Eminem. The NASCAR great discovered Gucci Mane from one of his son’s friends and never looked back. He was heavy into the music, saying he had to download mixtapes because you couldn’t find Wops stuff on iTunes. A 65-year-old NASCAR great being a Gucci Mane fan is surprising, but it’s also really cool. Mark Martin is a real one, for sure.

Donald Trump Trial: Man Sets Himself On Fire Outside Courthouse

Today, chaos unfolded outside of the Manhattan courthouse where Donald Trump’s trial is taking place. The former president has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records in relation to the alleged $130K payment he’s accused of making to adult actress Stormy Daniels. Allegedly, the payment was made in exchange for Daniels’ silence on an alleged affair, which Trump denies.

Around the time that the jury was empaneled, and just before a lunch break, a man set himself on fire outside of the courthouse. The man was reportedly located in a designated protest area when the act took place, and several witnesses looked on in horror. At the time of writing, it remains unclear whether or not this was directly related to Trump or the trial. Law enforcement sources tell NBC News that the man appeared to be an alleged follower of unspecified conspiracy theories and that he may have also been struggling with “emotional issues.”

A 73-year-old witness named Dave from the Upper West Side saw the shocking incident unfold, and says he watched the man throw various pamphlets before picking them back up again. “I heard this clattering,” he recalled. “That caught our attention. Then he pulled out a can.” From there, the man reportedly poured something on himself and took out a lighter. “There I thought, this could be awful,” Dave also explained. “I’m old enough to remember the Vietnam War.” According to Dave, the man then lit himself on fire and was quickly engulfed in flames.

Another witness, freelance photojournalist Ed Quinn, says he heard someone shout that the man was getting ready to start the fire. “I see him dumping gasoline on his face, very deliberately,” he described. “He had [a] gray t-shirt on. It soaked his face. It soaked his shirt. Boom, he went up.” According to NBC, the man was sent off in an ambulance in critical condition. What do you think of the latest development in Trump’s trial? Rick Ross and Drake are currently beefing, and it has led to some pretty hilarious jabs from both sides. However, there is no doubt that Ross has been going the extra mile as of late. For instance, he even spoke about Drake and Millie Bobby Brown, which is one of those things most people try to steer clear of. Needless to say, it feels like nothing is off-limits right now. Having said that, it would appear as though Ross was just given some new material to work with.

This all comes from the mouth of JJ Redick, who recently told a fun story about Victor Wembanyama. Essentially, Wemby was invited to come on stage at a Drake concert. However, when he found out he couldn’t bring his teammates, he refused the opportunity. “There was a Drake concert in Austin and he got asked to come up on stage because Drake was doing that with a bunch of NBA guys this offseason,” Redick said. “And Wemby was like, ‘Can my teammates come up on stage with me? Because they are going to be at the concert with me.’ And Drake’s camp was like, ‘No.’ And he’s like, ‘Then I don’t want to do it.’”

Ross saw this story going viral, and decided to say something about it. “Respectfully declined. The young ones see it too,” Rozay said. Ludacris Walks Back On Some Details Of Viral Justin Timberlake Story

Earlier this year during his appearance on an episode of Drink Champs, Ludacris told a pretty evocative story about an encounter with Justin Timberlake at the Grammys. It came back in 2007 when Luda finally broke through and took home the award for Best Rap Album for his record Release Therapy. The part of the story everyone seems to agree on is that he was loudly and excitedly celebrating backstage, as you’d expect after such a big win. When he originally told the story he claimed that a most spiteful sounding Timberlake criticized him for being so loud when others people didn’t win any Grammys.

Now, Ludacris is walking back on that claim. He recently appeared on Hot Ones with Sean Evans to answer some questions and eat some hot wings. The Justin Timberlake story came up during their conversation and Luda had to clarify some things. “The Internet went a little crazy with it. He definitely meant it, but it was no cursing out. He was behind the curtain and I was celebrating so openly and I was so loud. I think it was said more in fun, but there was definitely some truth behind it. Like, ‘OK, show’s not over. Ludacris Amends His Justin Timberlake Story

Justin Timberlake is fresh off the release of his first new album since his much-maligned 2018 release Man Of The Woods. His new record is called Everything I Thought It Was and served up nearly 80 minutes of new music from the pop star.
